Sheikh Mubarak Al Suwaiket
Owner and Chairman,

Sheikh Mubarak Al Suwaiket is a prominent Saudi businessman and founder of the Alsuwaiket Group, which spans industries including construction, real estate, operations, and strategic infrastructure. His companies have executed government contracts totaling more than 4 billion SAR over a decade, including key partnerships with the Ministry of Defense and Aviation.
In 1990, during the Gulf War, Sheikh Mubarak joined the Saudi military forces as a civilian commander supporting Allied operations. He led the construction of military infrastructure — including a temporary airport and camps — entirely with his own resources. His service was recognized with official medals and honors, including a personal award from King Fahad.
Today, Sheikh Mubarak continues to support Saudi Arabia’s growth by enabling partnerships between international tech players and the Kingdom.

With more than 20 years of global experience, Igor Petlyakov is the architect behind ONE IT Hub’s international vision. He brings a hands-on track record of scaling business operations across five continents. Igor personally built the international division of a global IT company from scratch: growing from 1 to 500+ employees, 60+ countries, and over $500M in revenue in just 10 years.
He founded ONE IT Hub in the U.S. to bridge the gap between international tech companies and high-growth markets. Today, as CEO across all operations in Saudi Arabia and Bahrain, Igor brings a rare combination of strategic insight and local know-how to help clients launch, scale, and succeed.
